Total seal piston rings

Hi!
I have bought a set of new hc pistons 84,4mm for my 2l Engine, Have only heard of the total seal rings, are they Worth the Money?

Witch rings should be total seal, only the top ring? fore the 84,4mm pistons ,are there any catalogs of witch rings i should be looking for?
