Welcome to the forum Yase. What is "/EG"?
To get your steering wheel off, pull the fuse for the horn, it should be in the #9 position (violet wire), pull off the horn button. It just snaps into place. Disconnect the wire going to it. You pull the fuse so that the wire doesn't honk the horns if it touches metal. Take the nut off at the center shaft. It should be a 24mm nut, but 15/16" works fine. You'll have to clamp the wheel with your legs to keep it from turning, the nut is tight. A 1/2" breaker bar works well for this. Then pull up on it while wiggling it slightly and it will work up and off. Pretty easy really. A lot of replacement wheels are direct fit so you may be able to reverse this process to get the new Nardi on. If it needs an adaptor it should be self explanatory.

Edit:
You can take the 6 screws off your old wheel and use them on the new one. Use metric hex allen wrench to get them off.

welcome, you're going to need the hub from a 79 or later Spider for the Nardi wheel

the hub adapters aren't cheap when bought new. spend a week and find someone parting out a '79+ and buy the used adapter off him
