Just rebuilt a 1608 basket case and need some info on routing vacuum lines on the carb. There is a tube at the secondary vacuum activator and I don't know if it needs vacuum to open or what. If anyone has pix of this setup with the vacuum lines attached it would be most appreciated. Can't find diagrams of this in any of the many, many manuals we have. Had the block bored, new pistons, bearings, etc. Head shaved just a little, valves adjusted, reconditioned and got it all back together. Don't want to foul all this nice work up. It cranks up and runs but wants to bog when you give it some throttle. Little help please. Thanks in advance, Rick.

Never mind guys. Figured it out. If anyone needs this info let me know. Runs great. Did the shakedown cruise this afternoon and it is runnin' great. I've always had VWs and Porsches but this little thing is pretty cool, and FAST! All the machine work really made a big difference. Inexpensive too.
