Re: Carb Diagram
Hi Nick, I had a flick through my weber pages and paraphernalia here at home but I don't have one, I have a carb in the shed that came off my 74' that I can help you with if you get stuck for parts or some advice (if need be). I tried a topic search on the forum here for DMSA, heaps of good info but I didn't come across a diagram. Have a read through yourself as some previous posts make some really valid points on what to look out for.
Here is a link to a DMS diagram that I found on the www that might help you along,
http://www.scribd.com/doc/42022020/CARB ... BER-34-DMS
The letter A on the end of the DMSA should simply indicate that the carb is for emission controlled applications, basically the DMS and DMSA should be the same beast I guess but I'm not entirely 100% sure of that.
If all else fails just do what I do - a nice clear, clean bench with room to systematically lay parts out as you pull the carb apart and clean parts as you go. Take notes or pictures if you get to a complicated section but basically it's not too difficult if you're in any way mechanically minded (which I'm sure you are).

Re: Carb Diagram
When you buy a carb gasket kit it will come with a nice diagram.
