Hi guys - had the 124 out and running around yesterday. Much fun.
I noticed the following open line/nipple on the Weber however that needs attention. Anyone offhand know what this line is for?
She is a '74.

that appears to be the line that goes to the electropneumatic fast idle valve. actuation of this solenoid valve allows manifold vacuum to access a diaphragm that works a linkage to 'idle' the engine faster. i don't know the reason for this device; maybe some kinda emissions check. i removed mine and capped off the nipple you asked about. sorry for the 'wordiness'
