That's a carb intake...but really I don't know what year maybe 1980? Also that plugged off nipple below the carb on the back of the intake is where your brake booster vacuum line goes to FYI .

Take the carb off and look down. If its is just one open hole, it's a single plane. That's the one you want. If it is divided its a duel plane from a 2L and you will want to replace it.

I think that's going to be a dual plane intake.

I'd be guessing a head from a 79 or 80 carb'd car, perhaps even an 1800 head. Intake looks like a duel plane (bin-it)
On the intake manifold I see the air passage to the front but on the exhaust side I don't see it, but do see a casting on the towers for air pump? or some smog device. Mechanical fuel pump is blocked off. Is there a smaller capacity electric fuel pump (not the FI hi-pressure pump)?
The FI head/towers do not have that casting.
Looks a bit of a hodge-podge. Still, a 2L block is a good engine . Take a look at the casting numbers on the head and see what they might tell you.

Now with that pic I take it back the larger vacuum fitting on the left is the booster one most likely. You don't have to get a different manifold as that one should work just fine.

That's a duel plane. For optimal performance you will want the single plane.

perhaps we should ask what carb were you looking at installing? The dual plane was good for the 28/32 only as the secondary opening is too small for anything else.

When you have a moment take a look at this site. Click on the blue manual
Page 84 kind of sums it up

If you post in the parts wanted, I'm sure there will be a single plane manifold out there. I believe a riser is often used as well.

It has the weber 28/32 ADHA now I do not like it, it has the vacuum secondary I would rather have a manual. I am thinking maybe IDF carb....

Cool, idf's can get expensive but ask around regarding the 32/36 carb's many have swapped over to. Need a single plane intake. The 34 dmsa or 34 adf is another choice some are running as well. Just a bolt on improvement..

Another thing about idfs is you'll benefit the most if you upgrade the pistons and(/or?) cams. So if you don't want to put more nods in to up the compression, then go with a single 34 like narfire says.
