Heater Valve...what car?

I am still in the process of doing an inventory of all the parts that were included in my car purchase. Does anyone know to which Fiat or Lancia this part belongs? I need to replace the valve in my car. This one doesn't seem to match......but my current one may be an aftermarket. Or, is this aftermarket?

it definitely does not look like the current offering for a 124, 850, or X

It don't look anything like the one I replaced last year on a 78. Maybe Csaba will know.

Maybe a 128? I'm not sure. Definitely not any of the 124 variants.
