I've been searching these forums for the past week because I have this same issue and JUST found this thread. Probably because I narrowed it down to the cold start. So what happened? Are you solved? I'm in the EXACT same situation at the moment. Starts when I take the cold start wire off. When warm of course. Starts cold fine.
