how on earth do you remove/replace the rubber pedal caps? the ones on the clutch brake seem like theyre practically welded on and the replacement i have for the gas pedal will not "stretch' on there...

Mine peeled off with very little sticking. Maybe try squirting a little brake or carb cleaner between the rubber and metal plate and let it sit a bit and then try again. If that doeesn`t work you can always pare tbem off with a utility knife and then scrape them clean. I`ll bet the PO glued them on for some reason.

If you warm up the new pads, they might stretch on easier.
