Thats ok....the reason these forums work is guys like that. Mr.Azruss...I'm gettin' there  .All kidding aside,I didnt want to go tearing into every system in the car w/o knowing the problem.I felt I have sytematically eliminated everything except the injector. All signs pointed to ignition or compression related.I am not a ace mechanic,so I kinda' have to sneak up on it!
ps...those compression numbers look pretty good for a 80K car?

Those numbers are just fine. Last time I checked mine it was in that neighborhood and it runs great. Got spark, got compression, timing is no doubt good, you're looking at a stuck injector ole' buddy. It's getting pulse signal, right?
If you want to get it cleaned quicker than sending it out do a Google search on DIY injector cleaning. There's some pretty ingenious guys out there.

I would think the electrical coil in the injector failed. It's very rare for the injector to get clogged while running

I believe it is down to injector 4.I do have pulse signal.Listening with the stethescope ,it does sound a little different than the other 3.Did a ohms test and the resitance is the same across the board.
It was odd they way the cylinder just kicked out,Mark.I am going to try to pull the #4 injector w/o removing the whole rail.Looks like a tough squeeze, but I think it can be done? I am leaving for the track on Thursday morning,so time to work on it is short. Was going to take it to FUN,but that may not happen.

Since you don't have another injector you could switch it with another cylinder and see if the problem follows?

Gunsmith,I would do that but they are such a PITA to get out.I am going to visually check the #4 and if it looks bad,buy another injector.I have everything to where I can actually see it spray. If I have to take the whole rail off, then I cant test them.Catch22.The #1 looks pretty easy to get at,so I may try that with that one.
