hi all
i have fitted aftermarket injection system useing lotus throtle bodies and emerald ecu the prob i have now it wount rev smothly and holds back at 3000 rpm ? any ideas

Tell us more wren. Like what type of manifold? Are these ITB's? Have you had the map setting in the ecu checked out?
What model car is it? Fill us in with some details so we can help.
Vauge questions will only get you no or vauge replies just like this guy is experiencing :D .

What is your wide-band oxygen sensor telling you when this is happening?

hi
124 spider 1.8
downdraft maniford twin lotus throtle bodies, useing croma turbo injectors, the ecu is pre set the only sensors the car has it t,p,s water temp/rpm sensor/ait temp sensor/ 62-2 teeth on pulley/ rebuilt the eng /valves /rings etc
emerale ecu the ecu is pre set
the car starts but wount rev if you hold the revs at approx 3000 it dies ? new fiel lines and pump fuel pressure is 3 bar ?

how is it measuring air flow? What type of TPS is it using?
You need to tune it for ITB's as you will have a lot more air flow than a normal FI set up, you may have to go something that is programmable like Megasquirt.

Hi wren, you say that the ecu is preset, what model ecu is it?
Do you have a manifold pressure sensor?
