Seatbelt maintenance?

My Driverside seatbelt won't pick up any of the slack for some reason. So does anyone know how to fix this with out buying a new seatbelt? Also how do you get the back seat off to get to the tightening mechanism.

Well, I hosed mine down with WD40 and then blew it out with compressed air. And it worked. Seat belts can be tricky, good luck.

i have to take out the bottom of the seat first and that reveals 2 tabs that hold the seat back in place

Thanks guys was able to get in there. Something was attached to the seatbelt that was preventing it from going into the mechanism. I have no idea why, but fixed none the less.
