Does this look right? First time I tried to install had all the seal coated with a little oil and still could not seat them. When I removed I noticed that when I had my injectors cleaned they put two of the small seals (at the injector ends). I removed one and installed the fuel rail. As you can see in the pictures, I am not sure this is correct. I don't think the injectors are fully pushed in the manifold????

The first pic, the injector is not seated all the way in. Second pic #4 injector is fine but not #3.
I just looked at mine and they look like #4 and no leaks, (about 1/16th or less between the shoulder on the intake and the shoulder on the injector.)and I just finished puting 840 kms in a day yesterday.

Re: Fuel injector installation?
I have purchased seals that are slightly too large and it is very difficult to nearly impossible to get them to fit. I believe that most auto parts stores carry help cards and card #90100 has the proper size seals. The pack contains lots of seals for a 6 cylinder engine and both the small and larger seal are in the kit. Kit costs about $10.
