valve noise, adjustment issue?

Have had a light tick for a while from exhaust side, #4 was at .026 inches(.65mm) and #3 was at .024 inches(.6mm).
(#1 was .018 and #2 was .022)

Manual specs are between .018 and .021
Compression check read 130psi on all four and held.

Would these numbers cause a noise like that?

I don't have much experience with valve clearances, but often exhaust side ticking/noise is a leaky gasket. See if any studs are loose or if the gasket is shot. If you have the valve tool and shims, I'd tighten those up to spec, but look at the exh manifold and gasket too.

Agree on the exhaust gasket. Check it where the manifold connects to the headpipe
