Speedometer cable

Hi folks,
New guy here. Three days into Fiat ownership, got some questions.
Car is a 1978 model five speed, speedometer not functioning, piece of cable dangling under dash. Ebay has an "upper speedo cable" for a '77 listed. Another site has a single speedo cable listed. Is this a one or two piece speedo cable? Thanks

My 76 originally came with 2 pieces, but I'm not sure about the 78. It doesn't really matter though because the 2 piece system is no longer available new. Do yourself a favor and check with one of the usual vendors and replace it with a single cable from the speedo to the tranny.
