Re: Misfire
Mark,
it's not flooding the engine out to the point of stalling but the engine will just barely run with my foot off the accelerator. It's almost as if it wants to flood out and die but it doesn't quite reach that point, but my garage has a super strong smell of gas while the engine runs.

Re: Misfire
with it idling can you look down the carb throat? If you have fuel trickling from the discharge nozzle, it's flooding

Re: Misfire
i was able to get it to run for a good minute and a half to two minutes w/o fiddling w/ the throttle to keep it running and i didn't see any fuel dribbling out of the nozzle but i did notice that the fuel pressure was now hovering between 5.5-6psi and the gas odor was stronger than ever. at what point would i rule out the pump?
