I'm brand new to fiats and am looking at an 1980 spider 2000 convertible. So I thought i could learn a few things here first.

Welcome to a great forum Bulldoger. Good luck on the '80. Once you 've got one you'll need service manual(s), but even with them I and most of us here would be lost without the willing help of other members.
