32/36 is big enough for a 150HP+ motor, so whatever you are trying to do isn't the carburetor's fault. As the Weber techs used to say "it is big enough for a Greyhound bus." 34ADF, as mentioned in the previous post, is slightly larger on the primary side but isn't going to dramatically change anything if you already have a 32/36.

If you changed your intake manifold, cams, exhaust, or pistons and the DFEV is having delivery issues then describe what you've done.

What you are describing has been performed by many, many people with great success. Work at it one system at a time and we'll help you get it straight. I can assure you that carburetor works wonderfully on all of the TC motors.

I believe that, hard to explain, maybe it because my 72 is quick, very quick in acceleration ,and that a 2.0,I don't think anything has been done to the engine, but I'm not sure, it just seems like some thing is holding this car back in power

Sluggish Spider with a good carb and manifold, I'd be looking at the ignition advance before the carburetor.

Also worth noting is if you put a stock air cleaner on a DFEV it will be horribly sluggish. I painstakingly restored a 1438 intake manifold to re-use it and maintain a stock look and then I drove the car. Sad. Took the cleaner off, hauled ass. Sprint cleaners and "Meaner Cleaners" work great but stock sucks on that carb.

No, you should be able to open both butterflies with the throttle.

Are you absolutely sure you have a DFEV? If the secondary opens by vacuum then you have a DHSA, which would be a sluggish pig...

You said a butterfly doesn't open until "passing gear" - I don't know what this means.

Are you describing the throttle plates (inside the carburetor) or the choke flaps (on top of the carburetor)? I want to know if the throttle plates open fully when you rotate the throttle linkage.
