Latch for glovebox door?

Post by rbackus »

I've replaced my dash ('76 Spider) and as a result the glovebox door is a little loose and won't stay closed because the latch is missing from the top inside of the glovebox so the lock mechanism on the door doesn't have anything to connect to.

Can anyone provide a picture or description of what that latch looks like so I can try and fabricate something?

Thanks,

Randy

It could simply be a piece of bent metal, however given the trivial nature of the part It might not be worth it. I have at least 4 of those latches. Shipping is $1.72, paypal what you want/think is fair. matt.scarton@gmail.com

Matt,

I'll take one. Let me know what you need from me to get you paid, etc.

Thanks,

Randy
