Normally I'm the one benefitting from all the great knowledge in the forum. Maybe I can contribute with this fix for a gas tank. PO had backed up over a rock and put a huge ding in tank. It didn't leak but looked butt ugly. I took it to my radiator guy and we plugged all the outlets/inlets except for one inserted an air hose and within 3 second it pushed the ding right out and the tank looks nearly perfect. Now a little paint and good as new.

Tank had minor rust, about 1" up from bottom and not flaky. Used a product called VAPO RUST and it really took care of 99% of the rust in my tank. Left it in about 12 hours.
