The list of things that may go wrong is as long as the list of parts on your car. Ventura Ace went on an 8000 mile trip with a pretty good list of parts and the only thing that failed was his elec. fuel pump, which he admits was his fault for wrapping it with insulation which caused it to overheat. The dual relay can be bypassed by tapping a hot when the key is on wire and taking it to the green with black wire at the dual relay, so I'd be more apt to carry a part that leaves you dead in the water if it fails. AFM or ECU for instance.
You don't have a set of tools on your list, although I'm sure you carry them. I also have a small, lightweight floor jack from Harbor Freight I carry if I need to get under the car. I keep a 12V tester in my tool kit also.
