Hi
I searched for the method to do this and came up with not much?
So here is the method. Photo's attached
Plastic collar is located at the bottom of the chrome shaft, you have to pry this out with a small screwdriver gently it will pop out make sure you rotate it as you pry it out.that's it, now you can lift off the shaft. Make sure you get the rubber bushing and the second internal collar.
Replacing it is a little bit more challenging.
I found that when I tried to put the collar back it was a little hard to hold down the shaft and squeeze the bottom collar at the same time
So I used some safety wire and squeezed it gently so that it would pop in with no problem and then just cut the wire off.
Make sure you only squeeze it a certain amount so that when it pops in it will hold while you cut the wire.
