So... I took the radiator out of my 1979 2000 with 60,000 miles because it had a leak. I took it to the radiator repair man who is highly recommended by the hot rod community in my town. Heard back from him today with bad news. The radiator is in bad shape an not reparable without recoring for $250.
My thought is why not get a new one.. I have found some for 295 and over 300. Anyone have a good one they want to sell or know of a trustworthy source to purchase one??
Thanks!
In the mean time I'll be replacing the timing belt etc...
