Windshield Replacement in Chicago area

Can someone suggest a windshield or glass shop in the Northern suburbs of Chicago that has experience replacing the front windshield on Fiat Spiders? Also does anyone know a place to purchase the front window gasket at a reasonable price? I would not think that the windshield replacement company would have easy access to this gasket. My front windshield has been scratched, almost like it had been done from sand paper. Has anyone ever had their windshield repaired with this problem using a grinding method? Thanks in advance for the help!

Do you have a Windshields Wholesale franchise in your area? I had mine done by them and they did a great job, had the windshield in stock and it cost about $200.
I never had much luck trying to polish scratches out of glass. There's a paste called jewler's rouge for the job, just never worked for me.
