Ok, new coil and control module. Confirmed the wiring was correct and still no pulse to injectors. double checked FI ground at engine and I have continuity. So, what is next. New AFM or ECU or something I am missing all together. I have spark from coil. Power going through brown wire from coil to terminal one of ECU pigtail. But nothing getting to injectors. ECU right? The FI diagnostic did say replace ECU, should I have trusted it more? Ok, I am just babbling now. Any ideas?

The easy way would be to put a known good ECU in. What's the chances you're around someone with a FI Spider? What city are you in?

I am in Fayetteville NC and have seen only one other fiat here and that was several years ago.

are you getting a pulse signal on the #1 circuit at the ecu?

When testing the #1 terminal my test light goes hot as soon as I touch it when key is in the "on" position. The starter is engaged there is a flicker. In the FI diagnostic it has the what if's for no light and a pulse, but nothing for constant power.

The flickering should be the signal that the coil is pulsing voltage. The ECU should respond by providing a ground signal to the injectors. The terminals for the output to the injectors are 15,33,32 and 14. Are these pulsing?

How would I check those terminals with the ECU unplugged? I have checked at the the injector side of the wire with a diod tester. The FI diagnostic does not address those terminals

That term #1 should pulse when cranking. If it just dims or flickers slightly that aint it.
Do you have power (12v) to injectors with key on??

from what I can tell, I have no power to the injector at all.

power to the injectors is from the dual relay, the ground side of the injector is controlled by the ecu. The power side should not pulse, only the ground side

You must have 12v to the inj. Then current runs thru inj to the ecm where it is grounded.

Well, tonight I am going to go over the diagnostic again and check voltage and continuity on the whole system. correct me if I am wrong. Power come from ignition to relay to FI then grounds at ECU, right?

Ok, so I do have 12v to injectors just no pulse. Drops to 10v when cranked. When using a test light, light stays on as soon as grounded and does not pulse. Diagnostic says replace ECU again. lol. I have tried to see if there is a pulse from terminal 14 or 15 but get nothing at all.

Have you checked the condition of your magnetic pick up? If the wires look good you may need to pull it and see how the magnetic base under it looks and check the air gap between it and the trigger. This is where the pulse signal originates.
