is there such thing as a bearing at the yoke, going bad and possible cause a viberation and a certain speed

No. Pinions should not move up and down. That said, pinion brgs not generally cause of vibration.

If the bearings are bad, more than likely so is the seal. Is it leaking?

in checking it out more, the center hanger bearing is bad, and the flex is bad and u joints

Should there be any play in the center joint or shaft end? Where is the flex joint located, front or rear? I also have a vibration at speeds over 50 and plan on getting under mine for the first time this weekend.
Anything else I should look at while I'm under there?

what would be the ratio on the 69 stock rear end, and how would u know what it is from just looking at it or u have to count the revalutions, spelling

If your differential is not stenciled (as mine was not), you can measure the ratio pretty easily. Jack one side of the rear so that one wheel is off the ground. Block the wheels on the ground to keep the car from rolling. Release the parking brake, and put the tranny in nuetral. Mark the driveshaft flange in reference to the differential case. Mark the lifted rear tire in reference to the ground. Spin the lifted wheel exactly 1 turn while counting turns of the driveshaft. The result is exactly 1/2 of your differential ratio.
So, if the driveshaft turns about 1.75 turns (90° shy of 2 turns), then your rear end is the automatic 3.58:1 ratio.
If the driveshaft turns almost 2 turns (1.95 turns, or 20° shy of 2 turns), then your rear end is 3.9:1.
If the driveshaft turns slightly more than 2 turns (2 turns + about 20 degrees) then your rear end is 4.1:1.
If the driveshaft turns about 2.15 turns (2 turns + about 55 degrees), then your rear end is 4.3:1.
