Guys
Can you assist?
Have intermittent non start getting spark, it will fire for 1 second ( which is obv down the cold start). However, have the fuse box down and the relay plate on passenger side and I cannot for the life of me trace a brown wire with white stripe to check fuel pump relay!
I do see a red and a white inline fuse holder but not with those wire colours. I checked them regardless and the fuses within are ok.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance for any responses
Craig

Re: Fuel pump fuse
The fuse holder for can be a bear to find the first time. It's up behind the main fuse panel amongst the rat's nest of wires there. It may be out of sight laying on top of a brace. The fuse holder itself is red with white connectors on each end.

It's a 1980 and I can confirm tat there are 3 inline fuses. 1xblue, 1xred,1xwhite.
Cleaned and checked and now running again. If I break the white one whilst running it cuts out.

Good going. That's how I learned a lot what I know, disconnect a component and see what happens.
You have different color wires than normal, but that's not unusual for Fiat. 1980 is the first year for FI in our cars, so it doesn't suprise me that there are differences.
