Thrust Bearing
I have a question for you guys. I recently tore down my engine and I did not pay attention to one thing which way the thrust bearing face. My shop manual does not give me a good enough description. So there are four choices. Choice A: The groves on the thrust bearing face each other. Choice B: The groves on the thrust bearing face opposite of each other. Choice C: The groves on the thrust bearing face the front of the block. Choice D: The groves on the thrust bearing face the back of the block. Any help is appreciated.

Re: Thrust Bearing
The grooves face the crank shaft, so that would be B.
