So thanks everyone for helping me get the carb set up so now its ignition time. Can someone help with how the wiring should run from the ignition key to the white block on the fender to the coil and etc....
Also, should there be power to the altenator with no key? With my trusty test light I also found another lead near driverside front that is hot without key? What could it be
As a side note, i used a spark test light and each one lights up so if the car isnt starting! Could it be dizzy timing?

Here is my schematic for an 80-FI, the battery goes directly to terminal "30", and it shows the other various wiring for the ignition switch and starter, alternator/solenoid, distributor etc. Hope it will help!
