Snowball Rally 2012

Post by ishtvan47 »

I just got back from Snowball Rally 2012. A great event for any pre-80 Fiat Spiders to consider. You might notice that I sneaked in with my '80, but there was also a '79 124 and an early '70s 500.

The rally starts with a night stage: San Francisco-Sacramento; Day 1: Sacto-Lake Tahoe; Day 2: Tahoe: Sacramento. Ends with a great dinner, open bar and fun prizes. These guys were great, well organized, laid-back participants. The motto is "Be Cool...Don't Crash." Maybe we can get a bigger FiatSpider.com contingency together for next year. I'm definitely going back.

Hey Steve, it's Rory with the '79 in the rally. Can you check that photo link? Doesn't seem to work and I'd love to see your photos.

Glad you made it back alright!
