How do I turn the rotor ???

Have another post out, but wanted to send a direct question out. How do I turn the rotor? It's 180* off, but doesn't turn when I try to turn it with my hands. I don't want to bust something by applying too much pressure.

How do you do it??

you have to remove the distributor, or at least lift it out enough for the drive gear to clear the cam gear
