Can of worms on what type of oil to use. I use Redline 10W30 synthetic with no issues. If you have been running dino oil I would suggest you keep running dyno oil. When going to synthetic the oil tends to find the smaller gaps that dyno oil once filled and can expose existing leaks in your engine you did not know were there.
Most people use Shell Rotella T 15W40. It is important for us to have zinc in the oil because of the engine desing. the modern oils in some cases do not have Zinc. I would also think that the temperatures you will operate the car in come into place as far as how thick you want the oil to be.
I suggest you do a search and read the many oil strings that exist and at the end of the day pick what you think is best based on a large amount of information herein.

this oil has zinc.
i have no idea what the previous owner used. but i got VALVOLINE RACING Synthetic
in it now, but it not on the road yet it been sitting for 7 years and it does not leak oil as of today, i just changed it to get any moisture or just get it clean again for a bit. i will change it to what ever is recommended
