Service Manual
Looking for the best service manual for 82 Fiat Spider 2000. Purchased one on a disk from ebay but the quality is poor. Of course I should have known the quality for $9.00 was not going to be there. Any recommendations?

Re: Service Manual
You can get a paper (readable) copy of the shop manual from many vendors. IAP is one that has it.

Re: Service Manual
my suggestion is
If you are planing to work on the car yourself buy all the different manuals you can find. There is slightly different info in the manuals and when in the middle of a project the 15-40 dollars for a manual will save time and money. The four I have are the original Fiat shop manual, Brooklands that is mentioned in a previous post, Haynes and the last one was in one the cars I bought. It's missing the cover and first chapter. Pages are 7x10" and there are really good photos. On the top of the pages there is a block that states "Note: If you have a 1978 or later model, first check the supplement at the back of the book for any new service information." If anyone knows what the title of this manual is I would like to know if it is still available.
For me buying these manuals is money well spent.

Re: Service Manual
Excellent Suggetion. I will do most of the work myself and agree that there is nothing more frustrating when you are trying to complete a task and the service manual is just not quite as clear as it should be.
