Clutch adjustment ?
Clutch adjustment ?
My clutch was adjusted so tight that all it took was 1" of pedel movement to engage no free play at all. I adjusted it so there is 1" of free play, and then it starts to engage. It may have been ok, but i thought it was way to tight. Pedel was hard as a rock.I can always tighten it back some if needed. What do you guy think?

Re: Clutch adjustment ?
Manuals call for 1" of free play at pedal.

Ok thanks. I'll drive it for awhile and see if it feels better. I think it was so tight that it could have slipped under a load.
