Intake tuning switch?

I'm working on my 1978 spider and just got all the exterior lights working yesterday. There are 2 wires on the driver side that I'm not sure where they go.

Wire 1 is brown/white. This wire has B+ when the ignition key is on.

Wire 2 is black/white. This wire is definitely a ground.

These wires are a perfect route to electrical connectors to some sort of component underneath the intake manifold. Can anybody identify this component or tell me where the wires go? The car runs great without these wires hooked up. Also does anybody have a component locator for the electrical system. Thanks in advance.
