I have a 1976 spider with 32 adfa carb on it, I just cant seem to get it running right.
I have checked the valve and ignition timing and all seem good, checked points, was a
dual point( I think) now just one and set that to .016.
have been playing with the carb and thinks may have mixed up the jets (only removed
the mains in the float bowl and the air corrections jets) the mains have 125 and 140
stamped on the sides and the air correction jets have 170 and 180 stamped on the tops.
I put the 125 main in the primary and 140 in secondary and the air correction 180 in
the primary and the 170 in the secondary.
the car starts and ildes but will not rev up, a few days ago I changed the gas in the tank
(thought I had bad gas) checked the points and jets, started the car and it ran fine reving up
and everything.... next day wouldnt run right. Ive had the carb off and apart 2x since. also
checked the points and valve timing, I am running stock fuel pump and it seems to be fairly
new but cant be sure.
can anyone tell me if my jets are in the correct places. I also have pluged some of the emissions
tubes on the carb but that was before it ran good,

32 adfa carb jetting
Re: 32 adfa carb jetting
the air correctors may be in the wrong spots, but that isn't enough change to keep the car from revving up. You've got another problem that you haven't found yet
