its a bit hard to say because we need to see the back top part as well
to me,you say its off a 80 so that would make it a adha 28/32
im looking for that vacume addvance thing to say yes thats it.

the 80 also has color vac lines

No, he's referring to the big vacuum diaphragm that opens the secondary.
I think I see it hiding back there. I agree that it looks like an ADHA 28/32

thanks, next question. i can remove that carb and manifold and stick on a 1800 manifold / correct? and differnt carb

yes
and a 32/36 on a 1800 intake is good power
also you can go FI if you pockets are full

Check the emission standards first. If the car has to meet standards be careful what you do to it. If no standards ditch that carb and manifold and replace with 1800 manifold and better carb.
