Heater cable solution

Post by jack »

The plastic coating on my heater cable for my 83 spider has cracked and fallen off. I am unable to tighten it down the heater cable clamp tight enough without the coating. Does anyone have any ideas what to coat it with to restore original type coating? Im open to any ideas. jack

The heat shrink tube solution was perfect. It was easy and works like a brand new coated cable. Thanks again for the suggestion.
