Do you have anti-virus software installed on your computer? If so, occasionally the anti-virus app may block legitimate applications. This is especially true right after an application gets updated.

Did you try to refresh the page? F5 will do a refresh. I use a really good tech site when I have a problem I can't fix, there's thousands of members and almost any question you can come with has been covered.

Not sure what anti-virus/firewall you are using but usually there is a list of "trusted" programs. E.g. under ZoneAlarm a tab exists that allows the user specify whether a program/service is trusted and whether it is allowed to access the internet or receive connections from the internet.

Switch to FoxFire and never look back at Bill Gates and his compiler kiddies. :)

WOW! I fixed it. Not sure how though, but who cares. Went to the site Ron posted and asked some questions. Also let a java update in the was trying to come in the last few days. Took the advice I got from the other site and, IM BACK. That was a pain. Thanx guys. Whats up with firefox? Why do you think its so good, seriously. Is there a better browser I should be useing?

Firefox is fantastic. The best browser available, in my opinion. Google's Chrome is good too, but I prefer Firefox. It is faster, more user friendly, and isn't prone to so many crashes.
Funny thing: I think many / most developers of sites use explorer as the baseline for their functionality tests.... because it is so widely available and used more frequently by "non-techies". Yet I have more problems with sites on explorer than I do with Mozilla's Firefox.
I'm no Boy-Racer..... but if I can't take every on-ramp at TWICE the posted limit.... I'm a total failure!
