Since i removed my engine to put the new one, i removed the thermostat to find that he was twist inside with all port open.
That's why it was so easy to burp my system lolll!!!! Is that a regular problem?

Mine had all the ports open as well. As near as I could determine, the only impact was that the water was always circulating through the radiator so it took longer for the engine to reach a normal operating temperature but was fine once it did.

I'd go and buy a new one, especially living in an cold climate. If you engine is too cold, it will not run right and will use extra fuel.
