Exhaust stud length

From what I can tell the stud size is M8x1.25.

Can anyone tell me how long the exhaust studs are? The one in particular I am needing to heliocoil is the one on the top end closest to the timming belt.

None of yours come out. I can take most of mine off.
5.6cm with 2cm in the block on my 1800 eng.

I just had some of my studs replaced, and I think the new ones were about 50 mm long (20 mm thread, 10 mm flat, 20 mm thread). Worked fine. Just check the depth of the hole in your head , the threaded part of the stud has to be a little shorter.
