Lubricating wiper parts

Another dumb newbie question.
What is best lubricant to use on the windshield wiper moving parts?

If it's frozen, first use PB Blaster at the joints. Let it soak over-night. Jiggle it, spray a little more, jiggle more. That can be use as lubricant. Otherwide, I just use regular metal mechanical lubricant.
