My fuel pump and filter and tank have been removed...
I think I'm going to need to find a local Fiat guy and have him come down and tell me how to put this all together. But here's some shots of where my fuel lines/filter should be I think. I just need some advice. I saw the diagram on IAP and it's not straight forward enough for a guy like me. Anyone else have some links to some pics of a good fuel line set up?

You are the man! Thanks buddy. What's that tiny metal thing on the green hose? I have that too. And why is the green hose so long? Is that the air escape? Did you buy a line kit or just buy it by the foot?

Is all that black undercoating?

The thingy in the green hose was on the car when i got it. i assume it is a check valve which means its direction needs to stay the same. This was a mid-west car so had a ton of undercoating. i went thru and checked for separation and then painted the hole thing with a roller, brush and black rustoleum to seal any little things in the undercoat. Should also make it more cleanable.

Mine was in New England but in a garage for almost all of it's life. There's a TON of under coat left. I want to do the floor interior with black rustoleum. And Maybe the bottom

Watch out for the "better" european 8mm hose. The stuff I got came appart with 10% ethanol. Not sure where you are, but it's getting hard to find straight gas hereabouts. I switched to Goodyear J30R9 injector line. It's hard liner is safe with all fuels. Re: undercoating... I'm contemplating replacing it with Rhino-liner when I strip the body. Might wind up a pound or two heavier, by then again, theres a ton of undercoat on mine as well.

Hmmmmm.... I ordered 8mm fuel injection line off of IAP... hope it holds up. I'm in RI. A lot of ethynol here too.

This stuff is expensive ($4.60/ft) but you will never have to replace your fuel hose again. Show Napa your AAA card and get a discount.

NOTE ! Your fuel pump and filter should have tin shrouds to protect them rocks & other junk being flung up at them, and the strap for the filter is not correct. The factory shrouds are pressed and fabricated in about 22 gauge steel sheet and mount onto the same attachment bolts as the pump etc.
Re: My fuel pump and filter and tank have been removed...
I still have all my factory mounts. Sandblasted them and painted them. Came out real nice. Can't wait to tackle this. Very excited to have these pics. And the other pics on another thread. Really nice folks on this site. Appreciate the help.
Re: My fuel pump and filter and tank have been removed...
Anyone have pictures of the original components? I have them all but I'm not sure how they all go back together. Seeing as I'm not the one that took them out. Ughhh.. Trying to get the whole fuel line/vapor lines in today.

Excellent work on the underside with the cleaning and painting. I just got my 81 and there is quite a bit of rust between the seat rails and frame. Like I can actually see grass through the carpet next to the seat rails and body. From underneath there is extensive flaking downward in those areas. I was told this car was a Texas car but I know that was not true. Any help for a nubee is greatly appreciated.
