The other pain here is that he had three engines. One in the car and two out. One of them is carbuerated (doesn't have the carb though) and the others injected. So hopefully the parts were segregated. The on in my car is pretty much together, but hoses and everything were off. So these must all squeeze in there. I'll find a diagram. I'll be pressure testing the radiator soon and hooking all these back up to test fire. Thanks for the help!

these pix are of an 80 FI motor. the thermostadt and coolant T will be the same. pay attention to orientation of each part. also look at the thermostadt to see if anyone drilled a small hole in the valve. If not, worth doing. thermostadt is on the left side of the motor near the airfilter (no it is not connected to the motor). the coolant T is where the 2 radiator hoses meet at the front of the motor. the bleed screw is up, sensor plug is down.

Ooooooo

Looks nice. I'll have my car in my garage on Wednesday. I look forward to staring at it blankly for a while, cleaning it and reassembling goodies. Will check the hole. Been searching through posts all over trying to learn as much as I can. I mostly used to Chevy, Ford and Chrysler engines, so while a lot of it is similar some if it is strange to me at the moment.

Thanks all for the help!

Some of the parts suppliers have very detailed diagrams, I use Bayless, international Autoparts, Vics automotive, and Spider-Point, of course they all sell great parts also.....

Good Luck

Hey look! Another random part in a pile. Looks brandy new. Where does this thing go? Looks like a brake line, but I don't think it is.
