I just bought a new Haynes auto manual for my 1978 spider 1800 and it is the most useless book i ever bought. Does anyone know a good book/manual for my car that i can get my hands on, I want to learn how my car tick's.... thanks everone

I have an IAP book for my 78 and I have to call my buddies to look at their cars to see how things go.

I think the only way to go really is to get the official FIAT shop manual. Two inches thick and has descriptions and pictures for essentially every step of anything you'll ever need to do to this car across the entire year span. I'm not sure if its still in production but you could try searching for a used one
