Enginge block Painting

Any suggestions as to what color to paint my engine block (500 deg. paint) on my '79 spider.

It's taped off and ready to go. I started with universal grey, but, I am considering other options. Pics of your painted engine would be appreciated.

I would add a picture or two, but, I forgot how to on this site.
