I am working on the trans while waiting for other things to be done.
Here is a pic - why does this look like a 4 speed to me?
On the trans side of the bell housing there is is this stamping:
134AC.OC.1
4337139 N.1B
This came out of my '79 124
BTW - what do I replace during a total teardowna and rebuild?

5th and reverse are in the aft housing.
