Timing or Points Issue?

SUCCESS!!!!!!!!!!
Wedged a small piece of plastic inside the rotor to test if that was the issue.
Fired right up. A little rough put its running.
New rotor should be in tomorrow.

Remaining symptoms are:
Once its warmed up it dies out at idle. Could be the bad cap & rotor.

The Tach is dead, not sure what caused that but I'm sure its right in front of me.
